Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

If your payment goes through but the full piece can't be unlocked — for example the transcription expired while you were paying, or the same piece was paid twice — the payment is refunded automatically. You don't need to contact us.

If you're not happy with the result

You can check any 30 seconds of your transcription, and listen to them, before paying. If you still aren't happy with the full piece, or a download doesn't work, email support@pianotosheet.com within 7 days of payment with your result link or order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method in US dollars. PayPal refunds usually show within a few days; card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days.

Not covered

We may refuse refunds for orders that break the terms of service, for example repeated orders made only to obtain refunds.
